PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
The Village of Stockbridge has filed a lawsuit to quiet title to the Alley at 111 W. Main Street Stockbridge, MI 49285 in the Ingham County Circuit Court Case No. 22-807-CH, before the Hon. Wanda M. Stokes. If anyone disputes the Village’s claim to ownership of the alley they should file pleadings setting forth that contest with the Court within 21 days of the date of this notice or forever waive their claim to ownership to said alley.

ZONING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT:
As of May 10th, 2023 Stockbridge Township will be providing zoning and buidling department services for the Village of Stockbridge. We are happy to be working together and hope that this collaboration will provide all Stockbridge residents witha  friendly, professional local service for their zoning and building department needs. Please check the building department page for updates as we navigate the transition.

SEEKING APPLICATIONS TO SERVE ON VILLAGE OF STOCKBRIDGE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Village of Stockbridge Michigan Downtown Development Authority is seeking Application from Village of Stockbridge Business owner or an employee of a Business located within the Tax Increment Finance District to Serve as as a Member (Director) on the Stockbridge Downtown Development Authority.(SDDA)  Please Contact Daryl Anderson Chair of the SDDA at danderson@stockbridgedda.org or the Villages Clerk at clerk@vosmi.org to obtain an application .
